I did this for ScratchOn.com, but might as well post it here. You can find it at http://www.scratchon.com/store/powersports-kits/rim-tapes-pre-curved/. We may do a few free giveaways on these.
Before you begin, make sure the surface is clean and free of dust and other debris.

To start, you will need one end of the pre-curved tape to fully stay in place on the rim.

You can then use your thumb to align and rub the outter edges of the tape to stick to the rim.

With only the outter edges of the tape stuck to the rim, you can visually double check the alignment and make changes if needed.

If everything is correct, you can gently run your fingers over the tape to stick it to the rim.

Towards the end, if you have excess tape, you can cut it off and let it overlap a little.

The end result.
