First time poster.
Picked up an ‘04 and had to patch the tank from it sitting for so long. It runs but not great. Appears to be original 400 miles on the dash. Still has tires with an ‘03 date code. Bikes is super clean for its age.
Of course except for the fuel system. Got the carbs apart right now and cleaning them. Definitely needed it! I saw this odd line in one of the carbs. Deep enough to catch my finger nail on. What’s your thoughts on it? Very strange to me.. Other carb looks good. The line does not align with the cast mark on the outside of the carb.
