I just bought swingarm spools for my 09 250. The bolts are 10mm and they are too big. Anyone know what size they SHOULD be?

Is there an alternative to a jack for swingarm removal? Maybe ease the motor onto a block of wood with a rear stand? I'm trying to cut cost and do this without purchasing a jack.
