So I have a 2011 ninja 250R. I am in the market for some new mods. I have already blacked it out and added an exhaust and air filter. There are two other mods I wish to do, they are clip-ons, preload adjusters and new grips. The other mod is a Koso RX-2 gauge. Do to the lack of funds I can only...

Hey everybody, First post here... I already did a quick search and came up with no results. Been riding for about 3 months now on my 2009 ninja 250R and started learning the basics of how to knee drag while turning. I was just working on positioning on the bike and getting comfortable with how...
  3. Classic Ninja 250
So, I'm sorry for my first post to be asking for help, but I don't know what else to do with my problem. I recently bought an 05 ninja 250, for cheap. It has been down at least a few times. pretty much every fairing was busted in a few spots. Only had one turn signal(rear) needed a front tire...
  4. Classic Ninja 250
Hey, new user to the forum here, I've got a 2004 Ninja, and I'd like to flush mount my turn signals, and I noticed two small panels next to the taillight. So, curiosity got the better of me and I opened them up, and discovered these sockets. So I figured, why not stick my turn signals in...

I own a 2011 Kawasaki Ninja 250r Special Edition. I bought a rear integrated LED tail light and front LED flush mount blinkers. I have all of those installed. My initial problem was that the blinkers didn't blink. So to fix that I bought a LED Flasher Relay from Lockheart Phillips USA. My...

So, I'm looking at doing some modifications to my 250R Ninja...and have a few questions I'd like to ask anyone who has done any of these themselves. 1. Rear Fender Eliminator - does this cause problems with spray? Like, am I gona have water sprayed up my back or something when riding in the...

Is there a throttle mod out there for the Ninja 250R? I did a quick search and didn't find anything. The major complaint I have with the bike is I have to turn the throttle too far to get the juice. 1/4 turn to full throttle would be nice if there are any replacement throttle tubes or mods...
  10. The New Ninja 250
I have a 2008 Ninja 250r and was considering a few mods. I'm just wondering if y'all think it would be worth the time and money, also want to increase resale value.. Here's a few of the things I'm considering: - rejetting and adding a slip-on exhaust (any suggestions on what exhaust would be...

  12. The New Ninja 250
I've been wanting to buy a new exhaust for quite some time now but I’m too cheap to buy something that costs over 10% of the value of my bike. So instead, I drilled some holes to make it sound louder and to my surprise, it also gave me better response when I accelerate:woot To do what I did...

In the March '09 issue of Sport Rider, there is a really nice article about 250 racing. In the article, they talk about how one racer modified his stock rear shock by adding a piggy back reservoir. This allowed him to adjust rebound and compression damping. However they didn't really go into...

I finally decided to shave/cut-off the footpeg mount on the exhaust hanger. I used a dremel then a grinder and finally a file. Painted it with flat black paint. Paint did not match the frame. I'm going to try satin black tomorrow and see if that gets it a little bit closer.
