Just heard back from the mechanic who had cleaned out and re-synced my carbs. Says that only one cylinder Is firing, and that they both have power. He did mention something about the coils both having identical charges (+), what would cause this to happen? Any suggestions of where to start...

Can anyone tell me the torque specs for the cylinder head bolts like the ones that are showing on the top of the motor when it is all stilll put together? i havent gotten my manul yet. Thanks in advance everyone
