engine help

hi yall, i have two problems. I have a 07 ninja 250 with 9200 miles on it. the first problem is when i start up the bike when it is cold meaning the engine has cooled off. the oil pressure light stays on until 3k rpms then goes off. once it goes off it stays off like normal enven at 1400 rpms idle. im thinking it is a bad sensor. but i am not sure. the second issue is that i think i am getting cam chain chatter. it happens at 7 rpms and up. but does not do it below. i have checked the valves and they are good. i was also thinking it could be the clutch cause the noise only comes from the right side of the engine when seated on the seat. the noise does sound like valve tapping. really annoying. i have recently cleaned the oil screen and found a few small pebles and no metel shards. yall have any ideas
