Hot bike?

2011 - EX250 - Stock
When I go riding for extended periods of time on the highway typically my bike lets out all the heat on the left side of the bike. My left leg gets real warm/hot and my right leg is just cold. Plus the other night the seat got quite hot.

Is this normal? Anyone else getting this one sided preference?

e;\ also anyone know if there's anything like a screen for between the front tire and the radiator out there?
