Ninja 250R Jerking (help!!!)

My Ninja 250R won't ride smoothly. It jerks whether I'm at holding a steady throttle or when I'm accelerating. It does this at any revs and feels like it's misfiring. Anyway I've checked everything I can think of. I replaced the plugs(they were OK), then I checked the coils and the injectors they were also fine. I've checked every sensor on this bike and everything had the correct resistances and voltages. The fuel flow was also fine.
This is the Fuel injection model. I need help because it is terrible to ride.

Thanks

On a fuel injected car; jerking is sometimes indicative of a MAP or TPS problem. Maybe even a fuel supply problem. Without a proper OBDII plug; the best (simplest and cheapest) fix may involve a trip to the dealership.

Jerking

The simplest way to fix it is to take it to a depression but the cheapest way? The whole point of posting on here is to avoid that.
