will a 2012 motor fit into my 97?

bought a perfectly running motor out of a 2012 250 and want to swap it into my 97' that has a blown motor. will it fit, match up, cross pattern.... basically. will it fit?

Not without tons of fabricating and adjusting mounting points.

Unless you're an extremely good welder, I wouldn't try it.
