What year is your bike?

And what wire colors are at each end?

I have the Clymer manual with the wiring diagram and can look them up for you.

I have come to terms with the possibility of dying while riding, life has a 100% death rate. I would rather live having fun and end up dead in a motorcycle crash than never do anything fun because it's dangerous and I might get killed. No one makes it out alive anyway. - From a friend on another forum, used with his permission.

Brown and blue.

Thanks! Where can I get one if those? How much do they cost?

That one is for the rear brake light switch. Disregard the brown/blue as that is from the switch itself.

As for these:

Those are for the license plate light. (2008-on models)

The manual is a Clymer M241, IIRC around $50 (I got mine at the dealer I bought the bike from. They can be found on eBay and Amazon.)

Cool deal man! Read it thoroughly in advance so when you need to do anything on the bike you'll just need to glance through it.
