Forzen lock issue with my bike - Requires the help of locksmith

I have my bike 2009 Kawasaki ninja 250r and in the season of winter randomly my lock is getting frozen . This problem just started from last year. now again the problem started i dnt know what to do with it . If anyone have some idea to fix this issue plzz share with me your views and suggestions

Coat your key with some lube and work it into the lock several times. Once the cap is open, make sure the latch moves freely. Do this a couple times of year.

DuPont Teflon Chain Saver Wax-Based Chain Lube or the DuPont Teflon Multi-use Dry Wax Lubricant work great as a chain lube and muti-purpose lube.
