Bike Wont start

About last week I left my bike out over night. I woke up to it raining in the morning. I dont think it was raining too long. I immediately go outside to try and start my bike in the rain and put it in the garage but bike didn't turn on so I pushed it in the garage.

Week later bike still doesn't turn on.

Press the ignition button and the starter cycles but engine doesn't turn on.

Battery works fine. Replaced a few months ago. All electronics work

Put in brand new spark plugs.

Brand new oil and filter.

Engine did run a little rough without the choke when cold but after warming up idled fine without the choke. before accidentally leaving it out

Bike only has 4,500 miles. 08 250 ninja

Rain wouldn't have anything to do with it, my bike is always outside in the rain and never had a problem

So you only had the bike about a week? Or it hasn't ran for a week? Did you check the petcock and make sure it's either on or on reserve?

Definitely hard to tell without seeing the bike, but if it was me I would check the easiest things first. Have you tried jump starting it or push starting it? When you hit the starter does the engine try to turn over at all or do you just hear the noise of the starter? If the engine is not turning over at all then I would think something electrical. Battery, starter, switch (kickstand switch, clutch switch etc). If it is trying to turnover but not starting, then I would check the battery and carburetor.
I honestly work on cars and my ninja is my first bike. Its never given me any problems, and other than an oil change Ive never had to do anything to it. Just telling you the things I would check. Good luck bro.
