Eliminating Coasting Enricher System.

The small vacuum solenoid on the left side of the carbs.

Trying to understand its purpose, and would it be best removed or bypassed.

Thanks!

Best left alone. it helps prevent an overly lean condition when you slam the throttle completely closed from a WOT position. Basically it helps feed the carbs fuel when the butterflies close.

Agreed with DaBlue1 for sure, better left alone, as a matter of fact it's one of the items overlooked for proper operation.
