A Ducati would probably suit you better.

Have you tryd to get on the bike? Im 5'5 and im almost completly flat footed when sitting on it. I was worried about it being to tall for me but its a good fit.

I don't really know of any Ducatis that are for beginners. They are expensive, and fast, and difficult to maintain, from what I have heard.

@ducatibabe1991
I agree with ashleyangel1011. You should go to a dealer, sit on one, and see how it feels. Then, you can go from there.

Pretty sure he was hinting towards her following her namesake. xD

Don't lower the 250, it'll mess with the ergonomics. Instead, buy a used seat and shave the foam in it. My ex-gf was also 5'3" at about 120lbs and she did that. It allowed her to stand with both feet on the ground, on the balls of her feet. Practice the left cheek sneak until you're comfortable stopped with only 1 foot flat on the ground, then put the original seat back on.

If you feel like you've outgrown your 250, you've probably outgrown your helmet too.
