I just bought a 2012, 250 with only 84 miles on it. The owner before had bought it with only 30 miles on it. But it has a M4 exhaust that was put on by the first owner and when I asked if it had been rejetted he said he did not know. So I was wondering if there is anyway I can find this out, or make sure that everything was adjusted okay and is running good without having to take it to a shop?
There are a couple of visible ways to tell if the bike was re-jetted or not.
1.) If the airbox is missing and pod type air filters filters are installed or
2.) the airbox is installed and the snorkel is missing (more indicative of shimming and install of DynoJet kit 2193)
