Thumbs up New to everything!

hey guys! I just stumbled upon this site and was ecstatic about it! i'm a new rider and currently just purchased my first bike. It's a ninja 250R, which i feel is plenty for what i want. Often people make remarks about how i will want a 650 or 1000 in a matter of months. Think so?

Any who i bought the bike used, well if you call 1500 miles used.

Here is a picture ill give you guys some more later. Thanks for having me on this site!

Nice bike- I've never ridden a 250 Ninja. It would be cool to ride one to see how they ride.
Don't worry about what people say, take your time learning. Riding a bike is no simple task with all the risks one has to manage, along with the proper operation. Super sports, and 1000cc bikes are a handful.

I started on a 250 25 years ago....ran the natural cycle and currently am back to a 2008 250r( in addition to a VFR 750 and an R6)

I love riding my 250 as much as the others.....

New To Everything

You're going to love the 250R. Although you might catch a lot of heat for riding a 250, it's the best bike for beginners. I don't regret starting with a 250 versus a 600 or 1000...it's perfect for me! I've taken an interest in personalizing mine to make it different from other 250's...you can do the same too-there's alot of accessories out there. Enjoy and be safe!

Just an update, I am currently loving the 250. It turns out to be perfect for what i want. and i have gotten a few parts ordered. For instance i am putting dual exhaust pipes on it. And looked into yoshi tips for them, but they seem to be a bit expensive. But since i'm new to it all, i don't know about other brands of pipe that are fairly cheap and loud. Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.
