New guy here

Hey guys and gals,

I'm new to the forum and just saying hi. I'm taking the motorcycle driving classes soon and going to pick up a Ninja shortly thereafter. Was planning on a 600, but probably going to get a 250 or 500 first to save money and to keep from damaging a 600 lol.

Nonetheless, good to meet everyone and I'll definitely be posting around.

Welcome. Florida is probably a pretty decent weather state for a rider.
On an unrelated note:
Obie, it will be 65 and sunny on Monday, are you as excited as I am?!

Hey, thanks for the welcome.

Yeah, Florida is usually pretty warm, so hopefully will be good for riding, though lately it has been rather chilly here.

Welcome to the forum...

Florida is alleged to be rather flat as well...

Topographically speaking of coarse...

Come and play.. Come and play...

Yes, Kenny! That is why I picked those days. I have been riding a little bid almost everyday. A little nervous about driving to Norfolk two days in a row on my bike that will be the farthest I have ventured.

You won't be disappointed with a 250. Most fun I've had on a bike in years and 60+ mpg doesn't hurt either. As long as you keep the rev's up you'll be surprised at how it performs.
