Hi everyone my name's Nathan. This is my basket case '95 Ninja 250. Got it for free in a car trade and have always wanted one for some reason. As of right now I've purchased new fairings, windscreen, tires, brakes, tune up stuff. Has a full Muzzy exhaust on it hopefully it's been rejetted previously. Hoping to bring it back close to new and make a mini touring bike out of it.

Welcome, here are just a few things to think about,

1.Get trained and licensed MSF Courses

2.ALWAYS Wear protective gear -- ATGATT All The Gear, All The Time -- including a helmet manufactured to the standards set by a government agency.

3.ALWAYS Ride unimpaired by alcohol or other drugs

4.ALWAYS Ride within your own skill limits

5.Be a lifelong learner by taking refresher rider courses, and advanced rider course A.R.C.

I'm located in South Central Kentucky, let me know if you need anything, I'm been into bikes for a very long time, and been into the Kawasaki parallel twins the ninja 250 & 500 for about 10 years now, both of which were basket cases, and brought them back to the living.

I'm not your mom and I'm not paying for your parts, so do whatever you want with your own bike.

Also, don't forget to replace all the consumable parts in your bike that includes the oil, brake fluid, cooling system, tires brakes...

Going thru the entire bike is always recommend when buying one used, never assume anything was done, if it was assume it was done wrong, poorly, etc..... Don't forget to service the calipers, and valve adjustment, as these are the most overlooked service items.
