Super AWESOME into thread!!!!!

Ok, so maybe it won't be "super awesome", but it is my intro thread! Hi Ninja 250'ers! I'm Cole, I live in Georgia, and I'm picking up my first 250 here in a couple days. I currently ride a 2008 Buell XB12R and had a few CBR600RR's before the Buell. The 250 I'm picking up is going to be for my wife to learn the rules of the road (she already knows how to ride around a neighborhood). The bike, well, It needs some minor work, and that is the main reason why I'm joining this forum! I know absolutely NOTHING about these bikes.

Welcome, here are just a few things to think about,

1.Get trained and licensed http://online2.msf-usa.org/msf/Default.aspx ,

2.Wear protective gear -- ATGATT All The Gear, All The Time -- including a helmet manufactured to the standards set by the DOT

3.Ride unimpaired by alcohol or other drugs

4.ALWAYS Ride within your own skill limits

5.Be a lifelong learner by taking refresher rider courses

I'm not your mom and I'm not paying for your parts, so do whatever you want with your own bike.

LOL you got me, welcome to the forum, the nimble 250 is an awesome bike, having come from the liter bikes I was amazed at the quick and nimble handling of the bike once to get it dialed in, it's fun to walk all over a bigger bike in the twisties, best part is when they find out it's a 250, their look and new respect is priceless.
