Arashi Front Brake Rotor

I recently ordered an Arashi brake rotor for my 08 250, but it seems way too thick to actually work, am i going to have to buy an aftermarket brake pad too? And i also received an extra piece with the rotor, and am not sure what it is... Please help! Thanks alot

You should be able to use any suitable replacement pads in the stock caliper. The extra piece is an adapter plate so you can reposition the brake caliper.
