Rear seat cowl color question

I have a 2012 250, it's black and red. I want to get a rear seat cowl. All the pics I have seen, the seat cowls match the rear fairings. In my case a black one would work. I would like to get a red one to compliment the color of the front of the bike. Has anyone seen that before? I don't want to order it and then find out it looks stupid. Any ideas or opinions?

I think it would look sick, you would be keeping the black and red color scheme going so I don't see why it wouldn't look good.

I think black might look better, it's tough though. I just think red sitting on top of black would look a little strange. But hey, it's your bike and you're supposed to personalize it the way you want. Others' opinions shouldn't matter!

here's a link to a red one

Thank you both for replying and the link. I'll probably go with black. I know the black on black will look good. I think the red on black will look good, but can't be sure without seeing it. Decisions. Frame sliders are on the way and a fender eliminator is in the near future.

No prob dude, either color would look good but its up to what you think looks best which is the hardest part. Post up some pics when you get the rear seat eliminator, it looks so sick on the bike you'll see.
