I was thinking about buying fender eliminator but...

I was thinking about buying a fender eliminator but then I thought why spend $100 for it when I can just cut the fender.. I am sure this has been done before. This took me all of 5 minutes to rid my bike of the ugly fender.

Definitely been done before! I call it the Rat Tail, very ugly! One of the advantages to doing it your way is that you still have the mounting hooks, so you can attach a tail bag when needed.
