Daughters first bike

As I said picked up a 2002 green 250 Ninja for the daughter. It needs a little love but she loves it.

She had to get a pic to send to her friends before I had a chance to load it.

Needs:
set of bars
rear tire
battery
good tune up

Should be a great project for us

They are both bent from being tipped over. It's not to bad but the faring has been fixed a few times(your seeing the good side) but you have to take a few bumps and bruises when there is a deal to be had. We were the first to call and the first to show up.

How old is your daughter to be getting her first bike? I didn't have a bike at all when my daughter was getting old enough for a street bike. I had a 4-wheeler when she was a kid but she was never interested.

She is 18 and has been riding a 86 Honda 200X three wheeler for a couple years now, so there is an understanding of the clutch/shift/throttle thing.
She has rode a few scooters that friends and relatives have had but they never interested her.
