won't turn over.

Salute guys I bought a project ex250 and I'm having a few issues I'm 17 so my engine knowledge aren't on par with you older gentlemen so if needed detailed descriptions will be apreciated I have connected all wires I have seen that needs to be with only the flicker lights unplugged I don't know if it could be my starter motor don't know how to test if it works but all other electrics do work like headlights dash tempreture gauge etc I also have opend and looked at all the engine components inside everything seems 100% no signs of engine ceasing but there Is one plug I can't find where it needs to go its orange and brown can add a pic but its at the back neer junction box can't see it on my wiring diagram aswell so can someone please tell me as in how I can get the engine to turn over thanks.

Kawasaki Ninja EX250 Trouble Shooting Guide

The loose wires near the junction box should be white/black or yellow black. They are accessory wires and connect to nothing.


Orange/brown is the turn signal flasher.

Okay thanks now i know what i was missing with the wires didnt have a flicker flash box so will get a new one but now the only issue that really troubles me is the turning over any suggestions?

Check the side stand ignition interruptor switch. make sure it is functioning properly and not stuck. It shuts the engine off in the event that the side stand is put down while the bike is in gear.

Salute gentlemen after a bit of fideling I found my problem it was my starter solinoid tested with another one and it turned over...
