Question Air and oil filter change better mpg?

I just bought a 2008 250 Ninja with 1988 miles on it, after having it for 2 weeks I have put almost 400 more miles on it. Checked the mpg and its right at 50 if I change to a K&N air and oil filters and run synthetic oil do you guys and gals think that my mpg will go up? Has anyone done this and how much better mpg do you get? Thanks

You may need to rejet when switching to a high flow air filter.

Gearing will help with mileage. Look into a 15 tooth countershaft sprocket.

Takes a little away at the bottom and puts it at the top. Drops about 500rpm at freeway speed.
