dying issue

I have a 2003 Ninja. It only had 756 miles on it when I bought it in February. I've had the carbs cleans, jets replaced, new air filter, etc. Did all that because it had set so much and just had gotten dirty.

So anyways, I'm riding today and make a newbie mistake. I didn't downshift at a stop sign and when I'm trying to pull out into traffic. I must have been in 3rd or 4th or something (I just had a total brain fart for some reason). Anyways, I'm hick uping out into traffic and have to get going. I didn't kill it but I pushed the gas instead of downshifting and sorta forced it to go in that gear. I freaked out cause I had cars coming.

Now I have an idle issue. If the bike is just sitting there idling, the idle will drop down and just die. I've raised the idle speed. I don't know if I fouled out the plug(s) or what. I took it out for like a 10 mile trip to see if it would help it out. Still does it!

Any suggestions? The fuel system is clean and clear, valves are adjusted, and new gas in the tank. Ran perfect until I had my brain fart today.
