hello anyone from georgia, first time street biker, long time dirt rider. just got 2008 250r and loving it. looking for some people to ride with.

Welcome to the forum. I am on the west side of Georgia. New to Georgia, so not real familiar with where anything outsinde of west Atlanta is.

Its not bad! It's a little odd that I have seen more tornados in my neck of the woods this year than I saw in KC in probably 5-10 years.

How do you like the 250? Have you cut the rear fender yet?

I love the 250! and you? i have had so much fun on it. yes we do have out fair share of tornados here. no have not cut rear fender off yet, afraid i will do something wrong and not be able to fix it. i was going to order the kit just have not done it yet though.

Don't waste your money on the kit. It is real easy to cut your own and make it look good. I will see if I can get you some good pics of what mine looks like it you are intrested. I put 3 led lights in the tail behind where the cut is for a plate light. They are hidden, but still light the plate.

I am very happy with my choice!!

Hey I'm from NC about 3 hours from Atlanta, and only 20 min from the parkway which is some great riding.

hi carolinafalls, that is where want to go sometimes towards the end of Oct. or first of Nov. I have always heard that the parkway is some of the best riding. Hopefully my brother and a few others will be able to go this year.
