It should do both.

I did this to my vance and hines supersport. It was much louder and had a deep tone. If you pack it tight, less will go through the baffle and go straight out.

Band saw is the only way to fly. Hack saw takes to long and you should have it mig welded much cleaner look and you dont use JB weld looks like shit...
If tour gonna do it
Do it right!

Hello all im a newbie. I was VERY VERY interested in doing this mod for my 2009 250. Im only looking to achieve a better sound and from the youtube video this mod on the 250 sounds aaawwwwweeesome!! Let me ask, if I paid someone here to do this mod, is their anyone who is interested/has the time right now to do it for me here? Please let me know.
