Still have the factory pipe on my 2008 250r and I do like it. But I feel as though it is time for me to get something with some sound to it. So my question to you is this. What kind of pipe did you put on your bike? Is it loud? And how much did you pay for it?

I want one but for a decent price.

I got a Leo Vince exhaust for my 2011 250r. It was around $200 for the slip-on. It would say it's worth it. It is loud but with the insert in it makes it a lot quieter.
It's one upgrade that not only makes it sound nice but the looks are great too. I think the MGP growler is the about the same too for the same price but you don't get a insert so it's one sound level.
Good luck.

Coffman Shorty exhaust

I just swapped in a Coffman shorty exhaust, took literally minutes to do, the growl is amazing and it comes with a removable insert and silencer, which clips in and out in seconds and is small enough to carry with you, if you like.
For a little over $200 I improved the sound, gained a few ponies and dropped about 7 extra pounds of weight over the stock system.
