Fender eliminator

Not the Targa, but he Competition Works model is great for the 2008 EX250.

I took the cheap way and just took a dremel tool and cut my fender. After I shaved the fender I bought a license plate bracket with tabs to relocate the turn signals onto the bracket. The whole job took about an hours time and looks very good.

90% of the links don't work for me either.

chinasmurf,
I just got a new K&N air filter as well. Installed it today. It was very simple, took 10 min. Went for a short 3 mile ride after and you can definitely tell the difference. I've also replaced the stock exhaust. Now that I have opened up the back and front ends the bike feels much more powerful.
