can you get hold of a pic without the fairing. i really want to know how they mounted them and it it is a secure location. I assume that there is alot of skeptics when it comes to the sliders on the 250r.

I don't think so. My supplier does not have a bike to mount it to for pictures. Those pics were supplied to him. I may end up ordering a set for me and posting pics for everyone-I'm not sure when though. Supplies are limited on these those so I would hate for anyone to miss out while waiting for pics.

After analyzing the pictures that you provided i can see how this mounts up.


it doesnt mount up to the frame at all, but it does attach to the engine.





I do see that the impact of it falling will decrease damage to the upper parts of the bike like the mirrors,tank, and frame.

Eck! I am a week away from moving! So im not entirely sure Id be able to do it. Maybe as it gets closer to go time I will be able to. Put me down as a Maybe.

when would you need the money? if irp makes them i might be able to get them cheaper and its local so no shipping.... but if not, when would you plan on getting these? i dont plan on getting them until mid sept or so.
