Rims

Anyone have a website of different rims for the 08 250?

I'm not to fond of the stock ones.

It's still way too new so I don't think they have made it for the new 250 yet.

Actually the decision to step up to the 17" wheel is a good one for the 250 owners since this opens up a great deal of tire options that aren't there for the 16" wheels... And forget about finding an after market 16" wheel for the older 250's...

I have a set of Carrozzaria's on my R6. They don't list any Ninja 250 applications but since the bike is still new there is a possibility that something could be developed as this is a very popular platform...

Here is the Carrozzaria link www.forged-wheel.com

I spoke to a rep at Carrozzaria today to see if they had anything in the works but they do not currently have anything available for the new 250's...

If anyone would be interested in letting them use your bike for dimensional and measurement purposes they might be able to consider whether developing a product for the new generation 250 would be viable path to follow... Let me know if anyone here with an '08 250 would be interested in this...

You have an '08 Ninja and are in socal as well...?

Let me know if/when you have time to run over and I can set it up with them... My schedule is usually pretty flexible so let me know what works for you...
