Painting Question...

Iv got a 09 250r that i'm wanting to paint a satin white. i'm new to painting so i don't really know the procedure of sanding and painting. I'm not wanting a glossy finish that's why i'm wanting satin so i prolly wont need clear coat. Whats all types of sand paper should i use. and do i need primer if im using a plastic type spray paint? And when should i use the wax and grease remover. Thanks

When coming to sand paper, you want to see if you could get sand paper for plastics, metals, etc. Although I don't think it makes a difference as long as it's sanded. Then yeah you want to put a primer and then the color you want. I blacked out my whole bike, been 2 years yet paint is perfect. So yeah try that normal wash and wax etc. As long as the paint is satin not flat. Hope this helps. Cheers!
