Help REMOVING Pingel lowering kit on 2005 250!

I'm trying to REMOVE the Pingel lowering kit that was added to my Ninja 250 by the previous owner. I purchased part # 39111-1021 which are the stock tierods. Unfortunately, the metal bushings are a completely different size. Wherever I've seen the lowering "kits" sold, I've not seen any bushings or other parts included, just the tierods. So now I'm wondering if the parts that were sent to me are the wrong ones, or if there are bushings and other parts included with these kits that I don't know about.

Anyone know anything about these stupid things? The girl that owned this bike before me was about 4'8" and 100 lbs soaking wet and I'm 5'10" and not 100 lbs soaking wet, lol. I have bottomed this poor bike out more than a few times and I want this lowering kit OFF, NOW!

What a PITA, pulling the tierods off only to have to put them back on so I can ride to work tomorrow morning. Unfortunately my other bike is in the shop having warranty work done.

Any help or advice is appreciated!
