Cold weather riding?

What do you guys do to cover your legs from the cold? Oh, glove liners work wonder in protecting your hands from being frozen.

Snowboard pants over jeans. And/or thermal pants under the jeans.

If you feel like you've outgrown your 250, you've probably outgrown your helmet too.

any suggestions as to riding in foggy weather? i take the bike to work now and i ride at 630 in the morning and some some mornings i can barely see 4 feet infront of me. plus my helmet lense gets a dense layer of mist which i use my glove to wipe and it doesnt work well.

Wiping away is really the only solution, even Rain-X can't stop some build up.

As for the fogging, there are inserts you can buy that go on the inside of your visor to prevent fogging.
