Helmet Comfortability

Is it better for your Helmet to fit REAL SNUG or a little loose? Especially if you where glasses?

Depends on the helmet, whether it's a modular or full face. Modular helmets tend to fit a little looser at the cheek. Having eye glass frame press into your temples for long periods can be real uncomfortable after a while if the helmet is to tight. I like the convenience of the modular as I don't have to remove my helmet or glasses often, especially when traveling. My full face is quieter and snugger and a little lighter. I wear it on shorter rides where I don't have to remove my helmet at all. My modular is very solid, looks and fits good as well.

it should be loosely snug lol. It should be a happy medium between the two

I have a full face helmet that rest right on my cheeks but is tight enough to not turn while on my head. It slides back slightly when I'm against a strong wind, but that's ok. A good measure, outside of the obvious correct size for the size of your head, is to put the helmet on, put the strap on fairly snug-like, and if you can bring the helmet up over your head from the back of the helmet and take it off, then it's obviously too big and too loose.

Also, I wear sport-style sunglasses while wearing my helmet all the time. Just went on a 4 1/2 ride with them on under my helmet and it never got uncomfortable for me at all.
