Does any one know if you could put a performance chip on the 2010 Kawa ninja 250R that is Carbureted or is it only for fuel injected? I justed upgrade on my bike. Got the awesome DBS Shinto Racing Exhaust huge sound ultimate performance. Also, installed super suckin K&N airfilter intake and Dyno-jet kit Stage 2. Also will be installing halon fire suppresion system for the rear tire.:righton

As far as I know, the chip is to change the air/fuel mixture. That works only if you have an ECU. ON carburetor bike, you do that by using a jet kit.

I have heard of a chip; however, as previously stated I don't see how it would work since we're dealing with a carbureted bike and the jet kit is what alters the a/f ratio. I believe the chip is a gimmick on our bikes.
