Rather than hijack the picture or introduction threads, and after a couple PM's with Cazper, it seems like a good idea to get this out on its own....
I just bought a slightly used '09 with a raised and silver painted PSR. One just below the tank and another inside in a "Olympic" type wreath on the left fairing (sorry about the pic quality on that) . While it would seem easy to call the prev.owner, there are mitigating circumstances, somewhat explained in the "Inroductions" post...
Regardless, does anyone know...did PSR make a replacement fairing last year that is no longer available? Or was the PSR lowering kit a factory option, accompanied by the logo on the bike? Vtec44 pointed me to the PSR web site, but I find no fairings...does anyone else have the same?
If you are interested; I removed the left mirror and brought it to a local glass shop that does a wide variety of replacements . The nice lady cut a new piece, installed it, and gave me the template she made, all for $25.94! That's including tax....
