sup! lets see im 23 and live in south florida, i dont have a bike yet lol but ive wanted one for a few years and i finally said ok ill get one. so im gonna get the msf course soon get my bike license and finally get a bike! ive been reading up on just bikes in general i guess and read alot that a ninja 250 is a great first bike so thats what lead me to here. anyway thats my story and i cant wait to start riding!

Good Luck on the MSF. And you smarter than the average guy out there that wants to get on a bike for chosing to get on a 250 before a 600. Don't listen to idiots out there that tell you that the 250r isnt a real bike or for you to grow some balls. They are usually the same people that give bikers a bad name. ride safe!

thankz man, funny story today about wat u just said. i had a patient (im an MRI technologist student) for a knee MRI and while questioning him i learned he hurt his knee in a bike accident recently, so we got to talkin about bikes and i told him im gettin ready to get a bike soon, prob a ninja 250 and he told me there pretty whack and to go wit a 600, so i told him i havnt rode a bike before and have no experience and he said its cool u'll learn so i thought about it for a second and i was like idk am i really gonna take advice from the guy who crashed his bike lol i think stick wit the 250 for now lol

Might want to have your patient get his head checked too.

I agree as well trust yourself. you will know when and or if you want a 600. I love the 250r its got what is needed for a bike of its stature.
