Once my bike is street legal again, I'm down for either.

Ugh... I had a lowside incident this morning on GMR downhill. Bike is pretty scratched up and I'm a little beat, but it's all good.

ouch that sucks, glad you are ok though.
I had a lowside incident not to long ago.
Isn't it the most surreal thing ever? I didn't even know what was going on, just that it wasn't normal.

I'll be honest... it wasn't really that surreal because I've crashed dirtbikes worse before when I was younger. I just picked the bike up and waited until I got back into focus and continued on downhill without holding back. I try not to let it get to me.

It went like this: It was about halfway through the canyon I took a blind corner too fast and it got sharper and sharper as I was going through it and I ended up riding too close to the dirt and my bike instantly stopped once it hit the soft dirt and threw me over the bars onto the pavement; so I guess it was more of a highside. My bike ended up at a 45* angle upsidedown on the dirt berm with the left side on the pavement scratched up. It was totally my fault for not choosing a better entry speed and not putting a knee out for a little more angle, but you how it is - you live you learn. :ohcrap

Anyways, later on I'll post a couple cell phone pics of the beautiful Glendora morning that I took about 10 minutes or so before the crash. :P

Word...
Mine was the first time i've ever wrecked ... anything
so it was a bit strange being in that situation for me, like you said though... you live you learn.

Right on. In a way it's a good experience because it teaches you to respect the bike and to not ride over your head. It's all part of the game I suppose... :shakehead

Anyways, if anyone wants to go riding just PM me or hit me up on AIM @ Jesse Cochran.

Here are some pics 15 minutes or so before my crash on Thursday morning. If you're wondering - that's my Arai on my gas tank; sorry for the quality of the pictures... cell phone can only do so much.
