lockhart phillips flush mount IV #122-9737.

Tools:
Dremel
File
Sandpaper

The back plastic screw thing needs to be shaved down to the shape of the hole. If done properly it should fit nice and snug with out any play.

notice the plastic back screw is round.

just hack away and shave down until it fits in there.

Then wire it up and screw them in.

I actually did this... although a bit different. But still works!
Id like to get a bit larger light though.
