Same good lineup... well except for the green. 08 and 09s had a great green theme, but the 2010 looks cheesedick.

I'm loving my 2010! I got the red/black/silver tribal decal Special Edition!

I thought it looked nicer than the red or blue ones.
They had a Green SE but I didn't like the white on it.
If they had an all Kawi green I would have probably went with that one.

Anyone else have a 2010 yet? Is it all the same as the 2008-09 models?

I've already been modifying things! :noteeth

I debated the blue one. Really looks sleek and would have matched my gear but the guy said I might be able to resell the SE for a little more if I ever decide to sell it. (that will be a long while if ever!)

I need to get some frame sliders on this puppy just in case I ever dump it in the garage or something.

It was hard to decide which color I wanted with the four of them sitting right there. I'm a very indecisive person. I sent a pic from my phone to my friend and asked him which one to get. He said black and my black and red SE was the closest they had!

Here she is yesterday getting chain lube and oil at 500mi.
Gonna do the 600mi service tomorrow.
Not too shabby lookin'. Pretty sexy actually!

Hi!

I recently got myself a Lime Green 2010 Ninja 250R. I'm from India and here there seems to be strict laws on emissions, so we got the Fuel Injection Euro spec version!

But I hated the black tail covers on the 2010 Lime Green color, so I ordered '09 lime green tail covers and installed them. Now it look swells - here are some pictures. You might noticed the strange looking license plate in the front, which is a mandatory thing in India, but I will swap that with a sticker on my windscreen soon.

Yeah, the license plate is an eyesore. Going to take it off today and put a sticker on lower windscreen. Silly law in India to have the registration number in front too.

Fuel injection is cool! More powerful too - the one I have gives 33bhp at 11,000 RPM.

Thank you! I have not had a chance to ride the carb version so I don't know the fuel injection compares...

I took off the silly license plate yesterday. I posted a long DIY on an Indian motorcycle website where I am a member of. It took a couple of hours - I had to take off both the left and right fairings along with the windscreen and upper fairing! Phew...

That modification makes a lot of difference. Sticker gets my vote over the plastic plate.

Same silly rule applies in Indonesia, but I have a faster way to remove the plate holder.

There is no need to remove the fairings. All you have to do is remove the front windshield and you will have access to the bolts holding the plate holder. It is a bit in an awkward position, but much faster and less hassle than opening the fairings.

Yeah, I think Kawasaki might have a winner with this 250R. The old 250R was already a good seller for Kawasaki. This must sell like hot cakes now. It looks like only the colour schemes have changed for the 2010 Ninja 250R. The Red 2010 250s have look like they are a darker tone and the stock exhausts are black now. I like that green with the fade and the red with the cool looking tribalish design.

These stickers on the latest Ninja really do not do this bike any justice and definately would be the very first MOD I'd make, is to remove them if I had one of the newer models.
I also do not get all the stickers with cartoonish characters or skulls that I see folks decorating their moto's up with these days.
Aftermarket exhaust, better rubber, braided stainless lines, better shocks, and brakes, speak volumes more about the bike's owner than any decal ever could.
But I guess to each his own.....
Just my opinion. Of Course, yours may vary and that's alright! :righton

The new Kawasaki Ninja 250R is one of the good and sporty motorcycle which is actually introduced by Kawasaki. As the marque's entry level sport (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kawasaki_Ninja_250R#cite_note-motorcycle.com-0), The motorcycle has undergone few updation throughout its quarter-century lifetime, having received by only two substantial redesigns.
