Oh, where did you get the packing and the "core" from?

the packing and the core can be obtain off ebay. you can also get the packing at your local motorcycle parts store but they can get pricey. The write up will be available at 2fiddy.com real soon. I submitted the infor to michael there. Its the only site that doesnt have a bais. But i am willing to answer any questions from here on out. And i am still trying out methods finding sealant without having to weld.

I was thinking about cutting the end of the can with a dremel so I don't have to remove the can and reweld it. I'm going to give that a shot when I get my dremel back. The exhaust sounds pretty darn good BTW :thumb

I want ppl to spend 8 hours sawing the damn thing with a hack saw!

oh wells. it will take about 12 420 grade dremel disks. take your time or else you'll end up breaking the disks and use 2 cases of them.
