Has anyone put spools on their '08+ Ninja 250?

I've seen a couple of charts on the internet where it shows the 250 to use 10mm size spools, so I bought a set and when I tried to put them on yesterday they wouldn't fit. So I took out a caliper and measured the thread in the swingarm at 8mm.

I emailed the guy at one of those charts' site and he answered back saying that he's almost sure he's put 10mm spools in a 250.

So, those of you that have them, what size did you use?

I have shogun spools. They are in fact 10mm.

Yeah, after a little WD-40 and a rag, the spools are in place. By the way, T-Rex has amazing customer service. Thanks CaliGirl.

dunno but my no name spools use a #6 Allen wrench and my shogun spools use a #8 :)
