Hey guys!
So does any features on the 2009 model of the 250R is worth the extra 500$ bump from the 2008 model? I want to get a 250R and i want it new since ill be riding it till it falls apart (cause I'm kinda cheap like that).

Nope. It's that little thing called supply and demand. That's why the market price has gone up. There have been no changes between 08 and 09 except the price.

It's all about the benjamins baby!! I noticed that myself when I started looking at this bike lately.

So is there changes from the 2008 from say the 2010 and 2011? I've been out of the loop since I have not driven it in 2 years :( But will be this August!

I wondered was it the suspension and gauges? Does it have that the 250 sticker or something to that affect that I seen on the internet?

Hmmm?!

I was blessed and got my '09 for 3800 out the door, o miles on it. Didn't have to pay any dealer fees either. So, I don't see any reason why it should be more than the '08.

I don't see why everyone was jumping on Kawasaki. That's the beauty of this country, the United States, the FREE MARKET. That means that sellers can charge whatever they want for their products as long as there are buyers. So instead of thinking that the price has gone up, think of it as the price was too low initially. That's one of the reasons why these bikes were sold out. Priced right, there should be enough bikes for everyone who wants one.
