Sometimes when i am riding my ninja 250r 2008 i hear this beeping noise and sometimes its not there but a lot of the times it is, should i be worried about this or is it nothing to worry about.

I have read other forums and they have all described some sort of kettle noise which mine isn't it is a beep noise.

Maybe your riding too slow and it's the vehicles behind you beeping. LOL But maybe it's your rear wheel or rear brake rotor alignment, something hitting - rubbing - squeeling that sounds like beeping - each revolution of the wheel. If you can put you bike a on swing arm stand, then start the bike and let it idle in first gear, maybe you can find the beeping.

mine does this to at idle and gets louder with rpms....but not all the time...at first i thought it was a fan kicking on but its not
