I have an 06 exf and ive been riding all season and i still havent found anywhere to lock my helmet to the bike. Does this not have a helmet lock or atleast a loop under the seat that i could put the d rings over??? Thanks

Look below the seat release lock on the left/rear of the bike. There should be another keyhole below it under the fairing. If you look under a bit, you can see a small bar that opens when you work the lock. This is the helmet lock you hook the D rings on.

Ok i found the problem then, i guess i have aftermarket passenger pegs, in ur picture it looks like the lock is attached to the peg but i dont have a lock there at all

My issue is that I bought my bike and the guy didn't have the key to the helmet lock. Looks like I'll have to grind the lock off.

Its not the same key as the ignition??

there is an awesome helmet lock. All you need is the right sized screw.

On the belly of the seat (literally take the seat off and look underneath on the seat) where the silver clips are, to the right of the clips are screw holes. Stick a screw in there that fits the thread and then look your D-rings to it, put the seat back on and boom: a great and cool looking helmet lock. I use it all the time.
