EX 250 Brake Light(s)
On my 2007 250R the brake light is housed in a sort of three-sided plastic enclosure. The center compartment contains the actual brake light. The two ancillary compartments (both covered by a red lens, like the center) are clearly designed to hold bulbs, although there are no sockets or wiring running to them. Anyone know what's up with that?
My thought was that with two additional socket assemblies and a few taps, I could enhance my nighttime visibility, maybe avoid getting rear ended. The brake light seems to occupy it's own 10 amp circuit, so I don't think the two additional bulbs will overload the circuit. Has anyone done this or have any thoughts?
